Eva Esperanza Garza Vidal, 81, of Kingsville, died March 8, 2010 in Kingsville.

Her hobbies included gardening, sewing, her pets and her family.

Survivors include three daughters, Idolina (Denny) Eldridge of Bishop, Clementina (Gilberto) Gonzalez of San Diego, and Elva (Larry) Lopez of Bishop; four sons Adan Garza of San Diego, Jose (Esmeralda) Garza of Alice, Roel (San Juanita) Garza of Ricardo, and Juan J. (Rachel) Hinojosa of Friendswood; four sisters, Julia Garza, Corona and Consuelo Cantu, both of San Diego, Maria Aurora Castenada of Skidmore and Emma Anita Ybanez of Kingsville; 24 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held March 11 at the Garza Funeral Home in San Diego.

A rosary was recited March 11 at the Garza Funeral Home.

The funeral Mass was celebrated on March 12 at St. Francis De Paula Catholic Church in San Diego.

Burial followed at San Diego Cemetery.
