Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center - 720 E. Lee, Kingsville Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for the week of March 15-19. Menu may change without notice.

Monday – Chicken fajitas with grilled peppers and onions, Spanish brown rice, shredded lettuce and tomatoes, fresh fruit, flour tortilla, low fat milk.

Tuesday – Barbecue on wheat bun, ranch style beans, steamed cabbage, mixed fruit cup with orange, low fat milk.

Wednesday – Irish beef stew with vegetables, seasoned mustard greens, combination salad with fat free dressing, ambrosia fruit cup, corn bread square, low fat milk.

Thursday – Carne guisada over Spanish brown rice, Spanish green beans, pear crisp with raisins and almonds, crackers, low fat milk.

Friday – Mandarin tuna salad, vegetable pasta salad, apple carrot salad, orange, whole wheat crackers, low fat milk.
