KISD Superintendent of Schools, Emilio Castro, will meet with community members, parents, and business members each month.

This month’s meeting will be held at 7 a.m. Thursday, March 4 at El Tapatio Mexican Restaurant, located at 630 W. Santa Gertrudis.

“Coffee with the Superintendent” is a time to share district news and to hear suggestions, questions, and concerns.

“Creating a district that provides superior customer service and student achievement requires that district leaders be courageous enough to ask for input and then look for ways to implement new ideas,” Castro said.

These meetings are schedule for the first Thursday of each month.
