Kingsville Tri-City Retired Teachers Association announces scholarships
      The Kingsville Tri- City Retired Teachers Association (KTC-RTA) will be distributing scholarship applications to area schools for students wishing to enter the teaching profession. Applicants must have been accepted to Texas A&M University-Kingsville for the Fall of 2010, majoring in education. Students should contact their school counselors for applications.
