Emily Baugus of Kingsville has been recognized on the Dean’s List at Norwich University for the Fall 2009 semester.

Norwich University is a diversified academic institution that educates traditional-age students in a Corps of Cadets, as civilians, and as adult students. Norwich University was founded in 1819 by Captain Alden Partridge, U.S. Army.
