RELOCATION-Hall of Frames celebrated its relocation Thursday with a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Kingsville Chamber of Commerce. The business, which has been in operation since 1982, was purchased by Sara & Tim Zahn in 2006, when the previous owner retired. Located at 312 N. 6th Street, Hall of Frames offers custom framing for flags, diplomas, family photos, framed military art and much more. They also offer shadowboxing, collages, paintings, candles, home décor, and gifts. Hours are Tuesday-Friday 10-6, Saturday 10-3, or by appointment at (361) 592- 8201.
