Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center - 720 E. Lee, Kingsville Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. For the week of February 8 to February 12. Menu may change without notice.

Monday – Vermicelli w/ chicken, seasoned pinto beans, zucchini & tomato, apple pineapple cup w/ raisins & almonds, corn tortilla, low fat milk.

Tuesday – Meatloaf w/ BBQ cajun sauce, real mashed potatoes, creole green beans, mixed fruit cups w/ citrus, nine grain bread, low fat milk.

Wednesday – Baked chicken w/ mushroom, stuffing, mixed vegetables, sponge cake w/ strawberries, high fiber wheat roll, low fat milk.

Thursday – Beef stew w/ vegetables, seasoned mustard greens, combination salad w/ fat free dressing, abrasion fruit cup, cornbread square, low fat milk.

Friday – King Ranch casserole, winter blend vegetables, mexicali corn, melon-honey dew cups, wheat bread, low fat milk.
