Lamar Elementary teams up with the Church of Christ — Lamar Elementary School and the Church of Christ recently teamed up to provide food baskets for the needy. Students from each class brought items to help those in need. The class that brought in the most food was Mrs. Laura Mercado and Mrs. Rosie Soliz’s pre-kindergarten4 class.
