Because of the New Year holiday for City of Kingsville employees, residential garbage usualy collected on Thursday will be picked up on Wednesday, and residential garbage usually collected on Friday will be picked up on Thursday.

Commercial garbage will be collected on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, while Friday’s commercial garbage will be collected on Thursday.

Most governmental office are closed on Friday, but some are closed on Thursday and Friday.

The Kingsville Record and Bishop News will close at noon on Thursday for the New Year’s Day holiday.
