MUSICAL LIGHTS — Bruce Ainsworth’s home at 1701 Santa Cecilia in Kingsville, is a musical display of lights for the whole community to enjoy. Ainsworth has programmed over 6,200 lights on his home to flash along with 25 Christmas carols, which he has programmed on the radio station FM 87.9. This is the first year Ainsworth has done this, and he has logged about 250-300 hours into working on the programming, which is controlled by computer software. The yard decorations are handmade and were painted with the help of his 9-yearold granddaughter. Two different shows run each night, the first starting at 6 p.m., featuring children’s carols, and the other about 7 p.m., which is more rock oriented.
