The evening will include dinner, silent and live auctions. The theme of the night is “Gon’ Fishin”.

Reception will be at 6:00 p.m. and dinner will be served at 7 p.m. The main course will be Surf-n-Turf. Tickets are $30 per person or a table of 8 for $200. Your best fishing attire is encouraged.

Sponsorships are available beginning at $1000 for a bronze sponsorship level which allows for one table of eight and your company’s name in the program. The silver $1500 sponsorship allows for one table of eight, a mention from the podium by the announcer, company logo in the program brochure and the opportunity to display your banner at the event. The $2500 gold sponsorship allows for one minute from the podium to boast about your company or roast Clyde Allen.

It includes premium seating for eight, a mention from the announcer, your company logo in the program brochure and the opportunity to display your banner at the event.

The $5000 platinum sponsorship allows for the same benefits as the gold sponsorship but also includes waiters for your table, no buffet line, and you would be invited to dress the tables with your company information.

All proceeds from this fundraiser will stay in the Kingsville area to support existing programs through Communities In Schools.

Funds from the 2009 roast & toast of Mayor Sam Fugate totaled over $28,000. The money raised last year sponsored a baseball team including uniforms, snacks for summer programs with the Texas Extension Program, end of program celebrations, a drug prevention lock-in, speakers and other drug prevention programs.
