Anna B. Ortega Anna B. Ortega, 51, of Kingsville, passed away November 16, 2009.

She was born July 6, 1958 in Kingsville, Texas to Teodoro Rodriguez and San Juana Garza Rodriguez.

She was preceded in death by her father, Teodoro Rodriguez, and her brother, Tomas G. Rodriguez.

Survivors include her husband, Alberto Ortega of Kingsville; her mother, San Juana Rodriguez of Bishop; son, Alberto Ortega Jr. of Kingsville; daughter, Laura Ovelia Castillo (Horacio Jr.) of Kingsville; brothers: Teodoro Rodriguez Jr. (Irma) of Alice, Texas, Tim Rodriguez (Janie) of Bishop, Michael Rodriguez of Bishop, Mark Rodriguez also of Bishop; sisters, Ofelia Pena (Alvaro) of Kingsville, Texas, Ovelia Morales of Farmers Branch, Texas, Janie Odom (Bob) of Kingsville, Texas, Alice Pollitt of New Orleans, La., and Mary Goetsch (Charlie) of Bishop.

Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at Kingsville Memorial Funeral Home with a rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. that same evening.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at St. James Catholic Church in Bishop.

Interment will follow at St. James Cemetery in Bishop.

Kingsville Memorial Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
