BISHOP GRAD PROMOTED — Freddie Perez, son of Joe and Rebecca Perez of Bishop was promoted to 1st lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps while stationed in Iraq. He will be attending school for two years for Expeditionary Warfare School and is stationed in Cherry Point Havelock, N.C. This was his second tour of duty in Iraq in 2008-2009. He is a 1997 gradute of Bishop High School.
