Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center - 720 E. Lee, Kingsville Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for the week of Oct. 19 to Oct. 23. Menu may change without notice.

Monday - Pork chopette with country gravy, sweet potatoes, mustard greens, peach with raisins and almonds, whole wheat bread, low fat milk.

Tuesday - King Ranch casserole, zucchini and tomatoes, romaine lettuce, tomato, and carrot salad with dressing, banana, whole wheat crackers, low fat milk.

Wednesday - Italian meat sauce over wheat spaghetti, Italian blend vegetables, tossed salad with cucumbers and tomatoes, fresh fruitorange, garlic sticks, low fat milk.

Thursday - Oven baked chicken, creamy potatoes with with fat free gravy, steamed spinach, rosy applesauce, high fiber wheat roll, low fat milk.

Friday - Hamburger on wheat bun with condiments, baked beans, hamburger salad, hot apricot raisin and almond, low fat milk.
