Ms. C. Flores’ kindergarten student, Trishtian Escobar and his mother Evatrice Escobar. The Muffins for Mom Program was recently held at Lamar Elementary to celebrate the role models that mothers, grandmothers and aunts provide to children.

The C-Scope Curriculum, Title I, and Parent Involvement Programs were featured at this event.

Over 200 mothers, grandmothers, aunts and other role models came to the celebration.

This event was part of the Lamar Elementary Parent Involvement Program.
