Norris King Jr. Norris King Jr., 47, of Devine, died on Thursday, October 1, 2009 in Devine.

King was born on June 20, 1962, in Kingsville to the late Elder Norris King, Sr. and Mrs. Genevieve King.

Survivors include one son, Norris King, III; four daughters, Michelle Lynn King, Felicia Ann King, Barbara Leeann King, and Janice Lavette King; his mother, Genevieve Ekezie; three sisters, Charline Sowemimo, Charlotte Lewis, and Karen Thomas; and four brothers, John F. King, Elder David W. King, Kenneth Woodley, and Donnie Hagerton.

Visitation was held from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Oct. 7 at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel in Kingsville.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Oct. 8 at Turcotte-Piper Chapel in Kingsville.

Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Cemetery in Kingsville.
