Former Bishop resident, Mary Virginia Black, 89, died Sept. 17, 2009, at her home in Port Orchard, Wash. She was born April 10, 1920, in Elm Grove, W.Va., to Lionel and Margaret (Chambers) Wilson. She married Victor R. Black on June 10, 1937, in W.Va. Mary was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing. More...
