There were several changes to this year’s program, which gave the youth a chance to experience different activities during the summer.

Several of the changes included going to the Aquatic Park in Aransas Pass.

The water park has four unique swimming pools and three different water slides.

Another favorite activity with the youth was the Dolphin Watch in Port Aransas.

They were able to experience dolphin watching, and be educated on other sea creatures.

After a long morning in the hot sun all of the participants were treated to their favorite pizza.

The students were also given the opportunity to learn about shooting skeet with shot guns at the Kleberg County Skeet Range.

Safety education was given by the skeet range.
