Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center - 720 E. Lee, Kingsville Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. For the week of September 21 to September 25. Menu may change without notice.

Monday - Breaded pork chopette with gravy, sweet potatoes, mustard greens, peach raisin and almond cup, whole wheat bread, low fat milk.

Tuesday - Oven baked chicken, creamy potatoes with skins, seasoned spinach, rosy applesauce, wheat roll, low fat milk.

Wednesday - Italian spaghetti, Italian blend vegetables, tossed salad with cucumbers and tomatoes, fresh fruit in season-apple, garlic bread sticks, low fat milk.

Thursday - Meat loaf with creole sauce, mashed potatoes, seasoned scandinavian vegetables, mixed fruit cups with mandarin, whole wheat bread, low fat milk.

Friday - Taco salad casserole with picante sauce, mexicali corn, steamed seasoned cabbage, peach pineapple cup, saltine crackers, low fat milk.
