February, the short and cheated month, is full of Kingsvillestyle adventures. Personally, I always feel short changed by February. The rent payment is the same as a full month. The mortgage payment and car payment are also the same as for a full month. However, when it comes to things to do in Kingsville, February needed an extra day this year to hold everything.

KISD needs to promote Brahma pride

As a parent of two soccer players and a taxpayer, I am concerned that recent events pertaining to the lights at MOPAC field have rendered the field unsafe for night time games and activities.

As a current remedy, all soccer games must be played out of town or during daylight hours.
